Hi there!Do any of you have any favorite playgroups in town? It is a great way to build up your support network of "mommy friends". I love having women to talk to who have walked in my shoes. Sometimes you just need someone to validate your feelings and cheer you on. Other times, moms can offer each other suggestions about what has worked for them: whether is it is teething, potty training, preschools, etc...Where do you go to interact with other moms? See More

Welcome to the virtual place where mothers can connect with each other for support, advice, resources, events, and encouragement on the journey of motherhood.
This is a great way to connect with other moms in the Grand Rapids area! If we can set up some groups of moms from each side of the city and some of you organize playdates, that would be great! Here are some suggestions:
Meet at a library storytime, meet at the play area at Centerpoint, Woodland, or Rivertown Crossings, meet at someone's house for the morning. Once we get some more moms signed up, we will have you post under a heading: SE/Central, SW/NW, and NE and see if we can help you get some playgroups going.
Make yourself at home! Upload some pictures, add to your profile, start a discussion of your own, maybe even create an event.
